The Kane County Health Department is currently going
through the process to obtain accreditation from The
Public Health Advisory Board (PHAB).

We are fortunate and proud to have been one of four
health departments in the United States chosen by the
Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to be featured in a
professional video that highlights the importance of
accreditation to the public’s health and how it can
benefit our residents. The other health departments that
are being featured are San Diego County, Calif., the
State of Oklahoma, and Miami Dade County, Fla. You can
