Tanning Facility Inspection Program
The Tanning Facility Inspection Program regulates all tanning establishments in Kane County, and involves an annual facility inspection to ensure the operation is in compliance with the Illinois Department of Public Health Tanning Facility Code.Please call 630-444-3040 to request a tanning facility inspection from the Kane County Health Department. Tanning facilities may view laws governing tanning facilities and request a permit from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
