Child and Family Connections is the point of entry into the Illinois Early Intervention System for children birth to 3 years old who have suspected or diagnosed developmental delays or disabilities.
Free, family-focused home visiting programs that help parents guide their children to succeed in school and life. Provides referrals to parenting support programs in the county and some surrounding areas. Individual program requirements will be assessed by trained staff.
High Risk Infant Follow-Up Program (HRIF) provides home / telehealth visits by a nurse with advanced knowledge of high-risk infant care. This support opens a door of learning opportunities and development for your baby during the first two years of life.
