MULTIPLE HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE/PRESCHOOL LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT KANE (Aurora, Elgin, Carpentersville): Head Start and Early Head Start and Preschool for All Expansion programs for children 6 weeks to 5 years in partnership with local child care centers. Children under 3 are provided with free diapers, wipes and formula while in care.
