90% of our families are CCAP eligible. We have PFA, PFAE, and Head Start at our center. We also partner with District 300 and EI for our children with special needs.

Head Start is a Federal program that promotes the school readiness of children from birth to age five from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Two Rivers Head Start serves children ages 3-5 year of age.

Child Care Resource and Referral (CCAP) team helps families apply for child care assistance (financial aid to pay for child care) and connects them with local high quality child care providers (both center and in-home) that accept assistance in their community. MULTIPLE HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE/PRESCHOOL LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT KANE (Aurora, Elgin, Carpentersville): Head Start and Early Head Start and Preschool for All Expansion programs for children 6 weeks to 5 years in partnership with local child care centers. Children under 3 are provided with free diapers, wipes and formula while in care.
