Ecker Center for Behavioral Health offers a comprehensive continuum of care, providing 24/7 crisis support, psychiatric & mental health services, substance use/misuse recovery, problem gambling counseling, and youth prevention & education programming. Ecker aims to fill the gap in providing essential behavioral healthcare services to individuals in the community who are often underserved or face barriers to access. Genoa Pharmacy is located onsite at Ecker's 1845 Grandstand location and provides medication services, including mail delivery, pill organization, and prescription transfers from other pharmacies.
Family Focus will drive education and advocacy opportunities in the areas of Early Childhood, Youth Development, and Family Support, key program streams that we deliver in several communities. Advocacy will be directed toward issues that our community and participants face on a daily basis which include economic asset development, housing, health access and equity, public safety, immigrant supports, and overall racial equity.

We provide mental /behavioral health services such as individual therapy, group therapy, case management, anger management classes, family counseling, play therapy, and parent coaching.

Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation supports 0-5 child care providers/centers around challenging behaviors, parent-provider relationships, and organizational relationships. We do not provide therapy for children or work 1:1 with children- we support children's caregivers.
The Kane County Sheriff's Office special victims unit serves the unincorporated area of Kane County. The special victims unit umbrellas senior services, serious crimes against minors, domestic violence and sexual assault victims. The SVU focuses on investigating crimes, as well as offers social work support for community members in need of services. These services include: mental health support, substance use, juvenile complaints, hoarding, homelessness, veteran assistance, and any case requiring social services.
The KCSO also offers the A Way Out program, which provides substance abuse assessment 24/7 to anyone in Kane County that wishes to seek recovery. Appropriate inpatient or outpatient referral and placement are determined by assessment and based on availability. If you are unable to pay for treatment due to a lack of insurance or financial resources, you will not be turned away from participation in the program. Kane County works with providers that are able to accept a number of different insurance plans and accommodate those without insurance.
Opportunity Youth are ages 16 - 24 who face challenges in completing school and gaining a foothold into employment. During high rates of unemployment, youth employment takes the longest to recover with slow growth in jobs offering advancement.
LITE creates experiential learning sessions for youth to gain skills and knowledge necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and upwardly mobile careers. Collaboration with partners ensures a comprehensive approach to meet needs and strengthen support networks.

Supports include: Doula and Home Visitor support, parent education, developmental screenings, community resource connections, advocacy, food, and caregiver supports.
