Resources for families with children ages birth to five to support their learning and opportunities to prepare them for Kindergarten. Help make connections to early care opportunities traditional and non-traditional: home visiting, child care, preschool, child care assistance funding, developmental and social-emotional screenings, early learning laundromat programs, parenting programs, meeting families where they are in the community.
Family Focus will drive education and advocacy opportunities in the areas of Early Childhood, Youth Development, and Family Support, key program streams that we deliver in several communities. Advocacy will be directed toward issues that our community and participants face on a daily basis which include economic asset development, housing, health access and equity, public safety, immigrant supports, and overall racial equity.
VNA offers free pregnancy testing, prenatal care, vaccinations, sick care and physicals (including for school), diabetes and high blood pressure care, dental and vision care, mental health services, low-cost prescription drugs, home health and hospice programs, and application assistance.
Pediatric dental services for children birth-18 years. WIC nutrition education and supplemental food program for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5.
